RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn
in it's original, undamaged, unwashed condition complete with
the original packaging.
If our customer care team feel any of these points are
not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item
is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused your item
will be returned to you.
Shipping Information
Shipping is handled by USPS or UPS.
Please allow up to determined days in description for your order to be processed.
Your order is fully traceable: both the shipping company and your tracking number are communicated in your order shipping confirmation email.

Customs Fees & Duty
Valacy.Online cannot be held liable for any customs clearance.
All international orders (outside of the USA) may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

If you're in the US, shipping should take around 1-5 days to get to your house. For international, shipping can take around anywhere from 7-21 days.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to order fulfillment process, we may not cancel orders once they have been placed.
REFUNDS
All sales are final.
No Refunds or Exchanges will be permitted. We can refuse any refund request, if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If the item you have received has any defects or is damaged please contact us immediately and we will replace the item after shown proof. If we find evidence of lies, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. We have 100% rights to refuse any refunds.

Please allow up to determined days in description for your order to be processed. Some orders are made to order, some are already ready. Items that are all ready to ship, give 2-8 days to ship. Items that are made to order, give 1-3 weeks to ship.
